In order to ensure the effective management and establishment of a joint programme of excellence, the following international committes have been created:

- Joint Marketing and Internationalisation Working Group
- Student Task Force
- Industry Task Force
Administrative support is provided by the MIR coordination office at UTLN and Local coordination offices at each partner institution.
